The practice of Aikido can benefit everyone, regardless of age or gender. Anyone who attends regular well run classes, can enjoy and improve their health and fitness as well as learning new skills and body movement. The classes are aimed at all levels from beginner to advanced and everyone is welcome to come along regardless of level, fitness or experience.
Classes are held every working day. This means that you can come two or three times in the week.
What should I wear?
For your first couple of lessons you can wear a pair of tracksuit bottoms and a loose fitting top. Once you feel that the activity is for you, you can buy an Aikidogi (Uniform) >more
